Actually, this was one of the tracks on the new disc that I like, and it comes off ok live as well.
I've got tickets to three shows (Philly and both AZ shows), and cannot imagine seeing the live show being a bad experience-TR has never disappointed live.
So to Anonymous with Cincy tickets-I'd encourage you to go. It may surprise you.
I agree with Anonymous from Cincy. I haven`t seen Todd since the Individualist tour and have tickets for NYC. This just looks and sounds like dico hell. I doubt that I`ll go.
Just wanted to follow-up after seeing the Philly show....as expected, the material comes off much better live. I went with three siblings and an old friend, and all of them enjoyed (maybe even more than I did).
Looking forward to the AZ shows, when (hopefully) all of the technology kinks are worked out.
I have been out of the loop for afew years and have not been to a todd since the Johnson tour (must say Idid not enjoy it) . I have been going to Todd shows since the mid 70s and had a ball at all the shows except that one.I just got RE-PRODUCTION and just think it is wonderful !Todd seems to be having so much fun, yet I would have liked to hear hear his take on "Daniel and the sacred harp" maybe in the future!
I went to the Gramercy show after all. I just let it wash over me and it was enjoyable. Hey, it`s not `72 any more. Or `82. Or even `92 (`though he did do "World-wide Epiphany")
I am anonymous from Cincy that posted above having tickets and considered not even going...we went, we saw, we heard and we had a great time...I agree, the music comes off much better live and I am very glad I went...

Absolutely Bizarre and eccentric!!!
Todd is odd ! Enjoy the show. Dust off the gold chain and platform shoes and boogie down!
