VIDEO: TODD RUNDGREN / UTOPIA - SWEET LITTLE SUZIE

THIS IS A SONG THAT WAS PLAYED DURING THE VIDEO PORTION OF UTOPIA'S RA TOUR IN 1977. SUNG BY DRUMMER WILLIE WILCOX, THIS SONG WOULD LATER APPEAR SLIGHTLY ALTERED AS HOI POLOI, SUNG BY KASIM SULTON ON UTOPIA'S DEFACE THE MUSIC LP IN 1980., THERE WERE 4 VIDEOS PLAYED AND AS FAR AS I KNOW ONLY ONE VIDEO HAS SURFACED, LOVE REUNION WHICH IS AVAILABLE HERE ON YOUTUBE. THE OTHER SONGS WERE PIPELINE, SWEET LITTLE SUZIE AND AN UNKNOWN INSTRUMENTAL PIECE. MAYBE ONE DAY THESE VIDEOS WILL ALL SURFACE, BUT UNTIL THEN WE ONLY HAVE THE AUDIO. found by superfan Mark Risen.. aka mojorisen

I saw that tour. Magik Dragon Theatre,Pipeline,Love Eternal Love and Pipeline were shown . The untitled music piece I think you mean is Gustav Holst's 'The Planets'. I believe the excerpt was 'Mars,Bringer of War',featuring a battle among space toys and an album cover/'Symphonic Slam' was displayed momentarily. GRAIL ITEM 4 ME

As the new 4piece UTOPIA was introduced by 4 clips & lots of flash editing, I recall Roger Powell riding a surfboard through
a PIPELINE of video swirl. To see the projection screen fold into the stage was impressive. The opening live number was stunning ~
RA with full stage of fog, lights,
pyramid & spynx. Lift your eyes to the dawn of the strikeing quartett
