The outfit Todd Rundgren was made for a concert he and the original band Utopia. With a little help from Todd Rundgren's wife and a clothing designer not just for celeberties but for the hip people who can pull off wearing retrospective attire. Cconceptually speaking it was a Groove Thing Baby So Dig it yeah!!
