Todd is a musical legend/genius/pioneer, and absolutely should be in the rock and roll HOF!
There has never and will never be a talent such as Todd Rundgren. Thank You, Universe, for the Miracle of him...
The fact that Todd is not in the RRHOF is plain evidence of what that institution is all about, namely the only conceivable tourist draw to Cleveland. I personally will not darken its door until TR is firmly enshrined above the many mediocrities currently installed there.
