I have never even heard a complete Streisand song before. I have always been strictly an instrumental jazz fan. I don't care for vocals, period. All I can say now is ... WOW! I heard one cut of the new release and was floored. Now I have the whole deluxe edition and it is sublime. Now I know what people have been talking about all these years. She stays true to these timeless standards and has an amazing emotional impact with her voice. Pure perfection!
